1.who else is offering a similar product or business?this is your competition.

2.who is going to pay you?this is your customer.

3.what demographic of person or company will want the product or services that you are offering: this is your market.

What is competition?

Competition is a natural part of doing business.every business can identify their competition.A strong value proposition will provide the potential to obtain a market-share from your competition.
