Today I learned about grant writing, which I have never heard about before and it was pretty simple I would say, It was pretty interesting to me that it was almost similar to the topic of writing since both were talking about how to work remotely to make money just one was about making money while the other was writing about how to convince people from other companies or others to donate money and other things. I also learned about how a grand writer is pretty boring to me because you are just following what the requirement wants.
Today I learned about how people did fundraising on the internet. This was pretty new to me because when I think about fundraising I would think of people on the street coming to you and talking about donations for their cause. It was interesting to find out that companies also do fundraising since I thought that companies don't really do these things and just have people that want to donate, donate. It was also pretty new to me that there is funding on social media because when I use WeChat I don't see any of these things.
Today I learned about how it is pretty hard to live by yourself without help from others because when I did my research about Empowering all youth to become financially self-sufficient. From the research, I learn about how even if you go to the outside world a few people would still need help from their parents because of a lack of money to pay off things. Today I first learned about what Techie Youth is doing for the children, while I was doing my assignment for it. Then I learned about fundraising, which was pretty surprising to me because I thought fundraising is just people donating things to areas that need help. It was surprising to me that you need a bachelor's degree to be a fundraiser. there were also a lot of steps you take to become a good fundraiser and there were different ways people got others to donate like links online. In addition, the salary was pretty surprising because I thought you would not get much money. After all, you are just asking people to donate. I wanted to add that for my online trading assignment YouTube removed my channel for some reason so there would be problems seeing it
Today I learn how hard it is to predict stock prices. On Tuesday I predicted the prices of the stocks three days later and then on the day when I got my results I could tell that it is very hard to predict what might happen later to the stock, or it could just be because I am a newbie so it is hard. Out of my predictions, only 2 were close to my prediction while the others were way off. Also, I learned about coding today and I could tell how hard it is because just from playing the game you need to give correct orders and that is just playing not making the game.
Today my mind was blown by all of the things that I watched today. I was surprised by how important it is to know how to use the computer well because in the videos they were showing me how Microsoft excel, but since I had like no idea what was this app and how to use it so I had a hard time understanding and knowing how to use it. Then there was the R language app, which I barely knew anything about since I never contacted these online apps that could be used for work. I could tell from what I learn today that if I am going to do business in the future I am going to have a hard time learning about all the things you need in the computer
Today I learned about what an analyst does in a company. From the articles I read in the category, I could tell that it is a pretty tiring job since after you finish one problem you got to move on to another one, but the good thing is, if your level is very high then you get a good amount of salary. I could also tell from the requirements that it is pretty hard to become a good analyst since you need to learn a lot of things. something shocking was the different certificates you can get since I thought that there was just one in each major like a bachelor degree and like master's degree
Today I learned about how you need to look at the news to see if a stock is good or not. Although they make it seem easy it is not, since I tried the strategy on Robinhood and it took pretty long to find 10 of the stocks that I was sure of because you need to see what happened to the company and look at the history to tell if something is gonna happen. I was looking at the news and looking at the rating to see if a market is going to go down or go up in the next 3 days. Some of it was hard to tell because the news sometimes seems difficult to understand, so I needed to guess for most of them
Today I learned about ways to tell if a stock is going to increase in price or decrease. I could tell from the videos that it is pretty hard since I remember when watching the video it talked about line patterns that could be used to see if the stock price is going to increase or decrease. In addition from the video, I saw how the stock price is not steady since I saw the price going up and down pretty randomly. So far from what I have seen, I could tell that getting high pay in stocks is very hard because you could get like small money pretty easily, but if you want to make this your career then you would need to take the risk, since if you are going with small cash then it would not be enough for your living.
Today I learned how to look at stock changes and the risks of doing stocks. From what I learned today I could tell I am not for this career because of my personality. Most of the people in the videos talked about how you need to be brave and sometimes take the risk, while I am someone that hates taking a risk and isn't brave enough to bet on stocks for my living. I could tell from the risk they talk about that the world of stocks is too much for me since if you make a big mistake, your life might be ruined since you would have a huge debt.
Today I started to learn about stocks and found out about a lot of things I did not know about stock markets. For example the different types of stocks you can buy and the different kinds of stock trades. I found it interesting that some stocks fly up and down because when I think about stocks I would think that they would go up and down steadily and not fly around. Also watching the videos I found out the difficulty of buying stocks since to earn money quickly you need to put a large amount of money in to get payback, but this seems very risky to me.
Today I learn that Blogs actually can be used to earn a lot of money on websites. This was very shocking to me because when I think about Blogs I would think about those on youtube which you could make money in. I never knew that people could use blogs to make money from ads and things on amazon. Another thing that was very interesting for me is guest blogging since I never knew you can make money for writing things on other people's websites. This was known to me because I thought you would need to do the blog yourself to earn money
Today I learned that copywriting is a skill and job that you can do to earn money. This was very impressive to me because when I think about copywriting I would think about the times when you copy off homework from others. Then when I got into a deeper understanding of it, it was pretty interesting to me because it is like copying but just taking words from others and using them yourself. Another interesting thing was that the salary is pretty high.
Today I learn that journals are written by experts. This is very new to me because when I think about journals, I think about the ones that we write to record our everyday life during that period. Another thing that was new to me was that in writing books you have tiers. For example high tier agency and low. This was very new to me since I thought that writing books is just the same thing, but just at a different popularity level.
I worked on creating my own art today, which was way far from art on the internet. I could tell that my art skills are pretty terrible from trying to create one. I also learned how important it is to know a good website to sell things. Since some of the websites needed money, if you wanted to sell your art there. Another thing I learn is that there are a age restriction if you want to sell your thing, which caused me problem because I was underage, so I need to ask my sister to use her shop to help me complete the assignment
Today I learn how the life of artist is pretty hard sometimes. For example sometimes they would get scammed, when they sell their art work, or if they have disability then their life would be pretty hard. But thanks to our society their are places that help them sell their of work. Also I learn that their are such thing as a art therapy which was very new to me because I thought that art is just for painting and selling, and never thought there was such thing as a art therapy
I learned that there are a lot of choices you can pick if you want to sell or buy art. I thought this was really knew because I thought that if you want to buy art pieces you would need to go in person, although this could be because I don't shop online so I don't know these things. I also thought it was new that every online shop had their own rule, since I thought that selling art would be just be putting it online and then let the people buy it, then you just get the money, then that's it
I learned today about how different people sell their art pieces. From the videos I could see that online is a really important part of them selling their art. For example Facebook, Instagram and some people made a online market to sell it. Other people had sold their art by having other people in art gallery sell it for them and some did a auction to have the best selling price. Social media is a pretty important thing that they used to have other people see and buy their art.
Today, for the first time I learned how hard it is to actually create a music. Before doing all this I just thought that music is just people making lyrics and then just have people sing it. But according to the videos I watched I could tell that there is way more work then that. There was a lot of things that the people in the video did, that I had no idea about. I also never knew that you could add on music to another music because I thought you can't really add much to a complete music. I could see how they earn a lot of money from the difficulty of the work
