Today I’ve learned that you can’t necessarily find happiness but instead you have to create it. Our brains are very powerful and cultivating happiness goes into befriending your brain so that you are able to sort / prioritize information which helps us navigate in the world. However most of the time your brain is not always on your side when it comes to well being but it does help you survive. It can be a dark place at times but that’s all apart of life. Your brain evolves and you along with it which helps our pension.
Today I’ve learned that instead of trying to keep fitting in and worrying about what others have that you don’t you should remove yourself from that and actually apply yourself so that you can get a job and make money for yourself and you could be able to have your own things without being about the next person. It was said that every second you spend thinking about what someone else has, it’s taking a way from time that you could’ve spent creating something for yourself. Spend all most of that energy on your visions and execute them.
Today I’ve learned how to start making money online by uploading your own courses to a website called Udemy. It’s an online learning platform and has a lot of potential buyers. You can create courses from scratch and upload the video files and start to sEll it and make money online by yourself.
Today I’ve learned that your life passions do not have to be put on hold while you make money. There are so many ways to earn an income while you enjoy life and live it to the fullest. You could be doing what you love all while making money at the same time. You could be able to travel full time or becoming a digital nomad. Its very accessible and social media marketing can help you make money online and get paid to travel. Anyone can become a full time content creator / travel influencer and make money with remote work by traveling the world and being location independent.
Today I’ve learned what phrase’s I shouldn’t say during any interview. You shouldn’t ask about salary and benefits in the first call because then it just seems like you care for more benefiting yourself rather being an asset for the company. I also learned how not to get taken advantage of by a partner or my employer. You stand up for yourself and create a list of boundaries so you can have a healthy relationship with both with risking a toxic environment.
Today I’ve learned about product management. The role of a product manager is dynamic, every day looks a bit different. I got to see an insight on how product managers work on a daily basis. They have a passion for designs and use technical skills and analytics to solve problems. A senior product manager makes about 160,000 depending on what salary they made before and how many responsibilities they take on. They mostly just checks over everything and makes sure everything is in tact. They have to get resources they need to make sure the product proceeds. Some big skills they have is to communicate effectively, presentation skills, build relationships and synthesize information from different stakeholders.
Today I’ve learned numerous things such as how to look professional on camera while having a work call. It’s good to dress professionally and to actually be looking at your boss or whoever instead of looking down. If you focus on yourself then that could lead to distractions . Lighting is also a key point, you would want it in front of your face so it can illuminate in your background. It would leave and impress and set the tone.
Today I’ve learned how to obtain financial freedom Due to a simple, yet effective seven-step process. These steps are something that you may want to consider taking when you receive a paycheck. The first step is get a retirement fund and Next is to set up a checking account, worry about necessities-need to know the difference between needs and wants.you should definitely have an emergency fund to relieve any financial stress you may have. Then once you build your emergency fund you should payoff your debt, saving at least a 4-8 months payroll and lastly is to invents in things such as real estate, stock market, bonds , etc..
Today I've learned what it was like looking for a job in 2021 during the pandemic. Some were fired from jobs/ out of work due to people not being able to come in at risk of the virus. The majority of everyone was working from home, where they just had to focus on the work they had to do while on a call with their boss and co-workers. It was a rough time that people had to get accustomed until things improved.
Today I've learned about cryptocurrency. It's a digital currency in which transactions are verified and records maintained by a decentralized system using cryptography, rather than by a centralized authority. I also got to see an insight into the life of a recruiter. It's very well driven and you have to find to time be above to find people who would be the best fit. In addition, I learned how to interview someone on camera. At times it can be tricky especially If you don't ask the right questions in the right way, an interview can quickly become stale, boring, or inauthentic
Today I’ve learned that most people trap themselves in leases of cars that they can "afford" but prevent them from ever affording anything they actually want. You should always See how a cheap daily can get you into Ferrari ownership in a matter of years. Most end up doing nothing more than driving mediocre cars and spinning around the automotive depreciation cycles for decades. I also learned about Elevator Pitching in just 7 mins. It had me questioning whether if I could close a sale in under a minute if you got into an elevator with a client or strategic contact. The video taught me the basics and gave me strategies to master the elevator pitch, so that I’ll always be ready to pitch my ideas.
Today I learned about writing in a general sense. If you’re creatively motivated, or are good at explaining steps to achieve a task, using language to reach broad audiences is a skill that can earn you money and make a living. A major benefit to becoming a professional writer is that a degree is typically not required for most roles. I also learned that you can find a writing job that you love without having a literature degree, formal study or taking additional education. Therefore, experience is not a necessity for most writing jobs, but to demonstrate your skills, it is necessary to have a writing portfolio, or at least a writing sample in the style of writing that matches the job that you are applying for.
Today I’ve learned that when negotiating with someone, the first person to throw out a number is the first person to “lose”. And you should avoid it and if you are forced to say a number first then say a number lower than what you originally wanted to pay.
Today I’ve learned how to use Audacity from Music Radio Creative. Audacity is free and allows you to record your voice or any other audio input in high quality. I’ve also learned how to get started writing for magazines, how to build a portfolio and get around the "no experience" issue, how and what to pitch to a magazine, and "dos and don'ts" of communicating with an editor. And to not let rejection get you down, don’t give up keep trying to get your work out there and work through that rejection.
Today I’ve learned about creating mobile apps. I got to see an insight on a day of an iOS developer and I got to see their way of working and how the working place is. I got to see that yes they may have fun from time to time but they still manage to get work done. I also learned how to analyze and properly determine if my startup has the potential to succeed or is destined to fail.
Today I’ve learned about Basic Web Development Concepts. From watching one of the videos I’ve gained the skills to build simple websites and create interactive prototypes of any business ideas I may have. The video spoke on HTML, Creating, paragraphs, containers, lists, Adding links and Structure of a HTML document. When trying to do things to something for a company/business Focus on learning less and doing less and more on learning well and doing well. Taking your time to actually learn the material instead of rushing is worth it in the end.
Today I’ve learned that Instagram is a very promoting platform. It is basically an online business that can continue to grow. Additionally, I learned how to grow on instagram, get new theme page opportunities with Tik Tok and also how you can make money online with Instagram theme pages. I also learned about music production today. I learned how to come up with beats for songs and how put the sounds together to make it flow.
Today Ive learned how to make Facebook ads. These ads are great sources for advertising Your brand. All you really need is a facebook account and a facebook business manager account. In addition to this I learned how to crate a twitter campaign ad . Twitter is one of the biggest social media platforms and it caters to business now. Business owners are frequently being advised to engage on Twitter. Twitter can do a lot to promote your business. Having loyal fans are going to increase your visibility and put you miles ahead of the competition. In Social Media Marketing, Twitter Ads or Twitter Marketing is going to get your business ahead of your competitors.
Today I’ve learned how to know whether or not a membership site is the best for option for me. In addition to this I’ve heard different examples to help me choose and create a successful membership model. Things such as your experience, ideas, knowledge, and passion are valuable and can be worth money to the right customer. I also learned how to write powerful product pitch letters that sell to companies. You have to angle the message so you persuasively solve their problems and Keep It Short & Sweet / Keep It Simple. Additionally you should avoid stating industry facts because 9 times out of ten they already know about the industry .
Today I learned how to stand up for myself and when to say no I’m certain situations. I also learned How not to get taken advantage of in any business. You should always respect people in life and their time, have common curtesy because in the end it could take you a long way and take you far in life. Therefore, Communication is key.
Today I’ve learned how to efficiently create a resume and cover letter. Also, when you join LinkedIn you should have a professional photo of yourself and not an old one or one with distractions in the background. What I really enjoyed was learning what to do/not to do during an interview and how to sell myself and expressing why I would want any job. Today was successful, even though I wasn’t able to pass a quiz I still pushed through and got work done.
