Investors recommend and look for if you have a team of 2 or 3 people, I learned that you shouldn't have 4 or more unless you have a compelling reason on why you need that many. along with your team, you need to ensure that your teammates are dedicated and make sure you have a good dynamic. If investors can tell if you don't get along with your team members they won't invest in your business and it's also not a good look. Along with your team's dynamic, you need to make sure the product you sell is going to captivate people's attention. my understanding of the lean startup is that if you ever have to or need to povit from a partnership or a business situation it's always better to have less invested. the less you are invested the easier it is to leave. another tips that I learned is that it's always best to not spend more minimal spending. but also don't be cheap with things like toiite pepper and other things our employees or people may use. i also learned that you could make more money by outsourcing some of the elements that you are paying for someone to do. this technique is called lean operations. my understanding of lean oprtations is you have people that live in different cites or different countries doing different take for you. cutting your costs could help you reduce your operational expenses and help you with your business.

Today I learned whether people can change or can't, management silks, and tips. I learned that people don't want to change because it may impact what they can get in return. to add on people are who they want to be, and trying to change them is a losing game. people need to change for themselves. Also instead of trying to change someone else try changing yourself, trying to change yourself is a full-time job. while trying to change yourself it's important to be aware of whether you're being selfish or not because you don't want to e resented in your workplace or in general. a tip I learned was knowing what your employee can bring to the table, understanding the role a person can contribute is a key essential when it comes to managing your staff effectively or people management skills because it could benefit them become greater and a worker and you for your management skills and a better leader seeing your employers full potential but also keeping in mind that you don't want to force them into something that they aren't ready for or that they don't want.
