Today I learned how to make money in many different ways. I learned you can make money from writing and not just writing like you did in college you can be a ghostwriter someone who is being payed to be confidential and write for other people you can also make money for dong writing and many others. Another way I learned to make money was to sell things online you can sell a variety of things from ,books, clothes furniture and many other house hold items that you may not use I will definitely use these in the future or some this summer there is many ideas that techie youth have given me to become successful.
Today i learned how to become a recruiter not only for regular jobs also for my own business . This program taught me what to ask and what not to ask. Some soft recruitment tips are to be confident in what you are saying and what you do. You also need to have good listening skills so you are able to know what the people you are. Recruiting do and what they are capably of. A few other skills that were listed was having pactience, empathy, hard recruitment skills and many others. I also learned that a proper hiring process can help you attract and retain high quality employees
