What Social Media can do!

What I learned was to use hashtags in all social media apps to gain exposure. Twitter allows you to send small messages known as "tweets," and when you gain a lot of followers, brands may contact you so you can advertise for them. Since Pinterest frequently serves as a source of information for so many users getting ready to make a purchase, using it for business is ideal for promoting goods and services. Growing your SnapChat account and gaining a stable fan base can help you make a profit by affiliate marketing, creating filters, and adding snap ads to your story. All in all, I discovered that the majority of social media sites can aid in increasing recognition and generating income.

What I learned about art representation

An artist's representation can help by negotiating better contracts and higher pay; scouting potential sponsors or buyers; providing industry contacts; protecting your privacy by acting as a liaison between you and professional contacts; and planning and executing marketing strategies.

Different types of art representatives include art consultants, private art dealers, artist management organizations, and commercial art galleries.

What to do if someone buys your art and how to advertise

When packaging your artwork, be careful to use some kind of protective covering to keep it from being damaged.

Make sure the social media site you choose for advertising is focused on the market niche you are after. This helps the customer understand what specific art you are creating.

How to sell art online and what to know

At the beginning of selling art you are going to earn almost no profit. You have to build up your business. If you choose to sell an unlimited amount of the product there are some cons to it. Some galleries will only allow you to sell a certain number of prints produced. Three different printing methods are DIY printing, Using a printing company, and print on demand. DIY printing involves creating your own high-quality prints; professional printers can duplicate your work and offer bulk discounts; and print on demand allows you to upload your ideas and print and deliver each order to the customer.

What I learned about Mission Statments

A business mission statement serves as a framework, giving everyone involved a launching point to build from when establishing the brand. It distinguishes the business from rivals in the eyes of customers without restricting its mission. A mission statement should tell others why the business exists and what makes it different. Three elements to focus on: Value, Inspiration, Plausibility (make it sound reasonably), and Specificity

How to create a business name and determine if you want to be a sole proprietorship or a corporation.

How to check if your business name is available: Do a quick screen search, check with a county clerk to see if your desired name is already on the list of fictitious names, make sure your name is not already a corporation name, and register trademarks.

Your home, car, or money in your personal bank accounts cannot usually be harmed by a lawsuit if you are a corporation employee or owner.

If serious damages were caused by the work of your sole proprietorship, all of your personal assets are at risk.

Target Market and Gaining More Customers

How to pick your target market

Value: Value is the core of any business, and it directs all future decisions, innovations, and customers that get targeted.

A value proposition, according to what I've learned, is a phrase or paragraph that briefly describes the purpose of your product, service, or enterprise as well as the target market it serves.

You can conduct surveys, focus groups, one-on-one interviews, or other methods to identify your target market.

Have a large selection of affordable, high-quality products to attract more customers, or enhance your customer service.

Networking and why it is important

Networking

The network plays an important role. It helps you gain more contacts, build relationships, expand your reputation, earn respect, and find jobs more easily. A few places to network are professional meetings, cultural events, job fairs, and volunteer opportunities. To network, make sure to be genuine and helpful to make meaningful connections. Engage with people frequently to avoid giving them the impression that you are only contacting them for business or favors. Don't disregard people because of their social standing.

Remote Job Tips and How to Excel in an Interview

The main things I learned when searching for a remote job are the remote job market, the companies hiring, common job titles, common scams, tips for your resume, and what to search for. The job titles that may allow you to work from home are computer and IT, medical and health, sales, customer service, education and learning, HR and recruiting, accounting, and finance. Dell, Hilton, and CVS When searching for remote jobs, there are going to be plenty of scams. The main ones to look out for are the ones that offer you a job immediately with no interview or any type of contact, ask you to transfer money, ask for personal information really early, and the ones that have copycat websites. Health, are three of the few companies that are hiring for most of these positions. When searching for remote jobs, there are going to be plenty of scams. The main ones to look out for are the ones that offer you a job immediately with no interview or any type of contact, ask you to transfer money, ask for personal information really early, and the ones that have copycat websites. To prevent getting scammed, in your search bar, you can type in the company or job title with the word "scam" and do your research.

On your resume, make sure to highlight any remote experience you have and any major skills you have. Some skills can be verbal and physical communication; comfort with technology; time management; and the ability to focus. Some tips I learned to do well in an interview are to do practice interviews; be engaged; friendly; arrive with questions; do your research about the job you are applying for; bring a notebook and pen to take notes; bring copies of your resume and/or bring pieces of work you completed; send a thank you note after the interview; and finally, wear formal clothing. What not to do in an interview is ask about the salary, make the salary personal, have not used the product or service, ask what the company does, say you need the job, play hard to get, not talk bad about previous employers, say you're good at everything, and that you have no questions.
