Stress Management + Health

Today I learned how poor health can limit productivity and that physical and mental well-being is an essential factor affecting an individual’s willingness to work and complete assigned tasks. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can significantly optimize an individual’s performance at work and hence their productivity and professional success. Health has a direct correlation to your general output, affecting physical energy and mental focus as well as reducing "downtime" due to sickness. I learned many ways to improve health and well-being on a budget like physical exercising or simply sleeping enough. Also for stress management, I learned how to control emotions and speech so that others don't take control of you. Letting emotions sit and having to calm down before responding to negative things is key to maintaining stress. It can helps the relationship not cause tension or break down.

SQL,NoSQL,MongoDB and Couchbase!

Today I learned essential relational and non-relational databases, which are different

databases from how the data is internally stored and structured. Structured Query Language (SQL) is the interface language that is used to interact with most relational databases, while non-relational databases are referred to as NoSQL. I learned the general principles of SQL and general facts about the history of sequel. There are many little differences and range of uses for SQl/No SQL. The most common relational databases are MySQL, Oracle Database, MS SQL Server, IBM Db2 and Postgres.

The NoSQL sector is far broader with database options; the two that have the strongest market share are MongoDB and Couchbase.

SVN and GITHUB

Today I learned Version control, is a system used to manage the files on your website; was informed of the benefits like the flexibility of retaining the history of all the changes made to a group of files to ensure that no data would be accidentally lost, deleted or overwritten. Subversion (SVN) and GIT are the two version control programs that are the most popular (the ones I learned) and dominate the market and one or the other is used in nearly every website project that utilizes file versioning. I learned how to set up the Tortoise SVN client along with how to manage conflicts in SVN. Just like SVN, I learned how to use GIT and its important components.
